Measurement and verification of utilities to be reflected on plans b. Developing detailed architectural and structural design plans for the container van-based laboratory, considering space constraints and functional requirements. c. Designing the layout for laboratory equipment, workstations, storage areas, and other necessary facilities. d. Integrating essential utilities such as electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, and waste disposal mechanisms. e. Specifying materials, fixtures, and fittings that meet quality standards and budget constraints. f. Preparing detailed cost estimates for the construction and outfitting of the laboratory facility. g. Encoding of the measurements into its corresponding technical plans h. Structural Engineering Design and Bill of Materials i. Preparation of Cover sheet, Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Door & Window Schedule (Architectural) j. Engineering Design Layout (Structural, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection) k. Minor revisions as per City Hall/LGU reviews and comments l.
