Interested suppliers may obtain further information from Canvass Contracting Committee Secretariat at the office of PAF Procurement Center, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City for the issuance of Request for Quotation (RFQ) from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays. 2. Quotations must be submitted on or before 09:00 AM 23 October 2024 (Wednesday) at PAFPC Conference Room, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City. All quotations must be accompanied by eligibility documents and for the negotiated 53.9 attached Omnibus Sworn Statement for the project above 50K and Income/Business Tax Return for the project 500K above as required. (Per project prepare 2 folders with tabbing’s: Tab A-Eligibility Requirements and Tab B- Request for Quotation (RFQ) with original signature and put in envelope and sealed with signature). 3. RFQ will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers or their representative/s who chooses to attend at the address stated above. Late quotations shall not be accepted. 4. Mode of Procurement Shopping under Section 52.1 (b) the Canvass Contracting Committee Secretariat shall send the RFQ’s to at least three (3) proponent of known qualifications, and at least three (3) price quotation must be obtained. 5. Mode of Procurement Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9. Procurement of Goods, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services, where the amount involved does not exceed the threshold prescribed in Annex "H" of this IRR: Provided, That in case of Goods, the procurement does not fall under shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the BAC shall prepare and send the RFQs/RFPs to at least three (3) suppliers, contractors or consultants of known qualifications. This, notwithstanding, those who responded through any of the required postings shall be allowed to participate.
