The Bids & Awards Committee through the CY 2024- 20% IRA/NTA ADP Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX PESOS (P404,486.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Repair & Maintenance of Water System, Various Barangay, Cadiz City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bids & Awards Committee now invites bids for “Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Repair & Maintenance of Water System, Various Barangay, Cadiz City”. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sec. II Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
