The Department of Public Works and Highways Bacolod City District Engineering Office now invites bids for the hereunder Works: Locations: LUPIT RIVER, BARANGAY SINGCANG AIRPORT, Bacolod City Scope of Works: Construction /installation of pump gate at a river which includes provision of Field office for the engineer( rental basis) , operation and maintenance of said field office, Project Billboard/Signboard, Occupational Safety and Health Program, traffic management, Mobilization/ Demobilization, Earthworks including removal of actual structures/obstruction, subgrade preparation, aggregate sub base cource, PCCP, Structural Steel, curb and gutter, structured wall pipe-High density polyethylene pipe, reinforced concrete, painting works(steel), Flood and River control and drainage works such as clearing and grubbing .structure excavation, shoring, cribbing /cofferdamming and drain excavation, rectangular flap gate including horizontal axial flow pump, motor control center and generator set Approved Budget for the Contract: P97,451,200.00 Contract Duration: 286 Calendar Days 3. Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB LICENSE Category of at least B and size range of Medium A. 4. Contractors/applicants who wish to participate in this bidding are encouraged to enroll in the DPWH Civil Works Application (CWA) at the DPWH Procurement Service (PrS), 5th Floor, DPWH Bldg., Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila, while those already enrolled shall keep their records current and updated. The Contractor’s eligibility to bid on the project will be determined using the DPWH Contractor Profile Eligibility Process (CPEP) and subject to further post-qualification. Information on registration can be obtained from the PrS during working weekdays from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or at the DPWH website www.dpwh.gov.ph. Only authorized liaison officer(s), whose name appears on the Contractor's Registration Certificate (CRC) with the presentation of his/her ID duly issued by its construction firm shall be allowed to purchase and submit/drop bidding documents. 5. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Reform Act”. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification. 6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Department of Public Works and Highways Bacolod City District Engineering Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at Zardonyx St., City Heights Subd., Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City during weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 7. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 1 – November20, 2024 from given address and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 50,000.00. 8.
