The Local Government Unit of Baleno through the 2024 LGSF-SAFPB Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and 90 100(Php13,333,332.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LGUBal2024-15: Construction of Sanitary Toilets and Hand Washing Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Baleno now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
