The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), now invites bids all PhilGEPS Registered Contractors/ Bidders for Procurement of various Animal Feeds with the following specification: ANIMAL / ZOOLOGICAL SUPPLIES 45 bags Pullet Developer Pellets, 50kgs/bag @ 1,700.00 unit cost 15 bags Hog Gestating, 50kgs/bag @ 2,000.00 unit cost 5 bags Hog Starter, 50kgs/bag @ 2,800.00 unit cost 15 bags Hog Starter, 50kgs/bag @ 2,100.00 unit cost Other Requirements: * BAI Certification - License to Operations as Dealer/Supplier/Distributor * Unit Cost of per bag includes Delivery Fee Delivery site: DA-Argao Breeding Station, Candabong, Argao, Cebu 3. The Bidder must submit Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number. The office will require the winning bidder to submit Omnibus Sworn Statement prior to the issuance of the Notice of Award (NOA). 4.
