The DPWH Albay 1st District Engineering Office, through GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of ? 48,999,999.38 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24FA0053- ROAD WIDENING- TERTIARY ROADS: STO. DOMINGO-BUHATAN-CAGRARAY CIRCUMFERENTIAL RD-K0552+453-K0553+500. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DPWH Albay 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instructions to Bidders. 3.
