The DPWH Albay 1st District Engineering Office, through NEP 2025 (Early Procurement Activity) intends to apply the sum of ? 14,700,000 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25FA0002- CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL EMBANKMENT PROTECTION WORKS, GUINOBAT CIS, TABACO CITY, ALBAY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DPWH Albay 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 82 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instructions to Bidders. 3.
