In view of the two (2) failed bidding under BAC Resolution No. 009-GOODSAIM-CY2024 “Recommending for Post Disqualification and the Reposting of the Project School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) for FY 2024-2025” - Champorado (005-GOODSA1M-CY2024) and BAC Resolution No. 011-GOODSA1M-CY2024 “Recommending to Declare Second Failure of Bidding and Reposting of the Project School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) for FY 2024-2025” - Champorado (010- GOODSA1M-CY2024), the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), together with the BAC Secretariat and the Technical Working Group (TWG) of Deped – Tacloban City, invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of School-Based Feeding Program: Biscocho in accordance with Section 53.1 of Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 2 Interested bidders may submit its best offer based on the final technical and financial requirements on or before October 22, 2024, 9:00 A.M. at the 2nd Floor, Conference Room, SDO Main Building, Real St., Tacloban City.
