The Barangay Government of Sampaloc, Cabatuan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (308,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of Sampaloc now invites bids for the ABOVE PROCUREMENT PROJECT .Completion of works is required 20 calendar days.. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Sampaloc Barangay Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below, Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM 5. .A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 22 to October 29 ,2024 from the address below . The procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees of Php 500.00 in person. . 6.
