The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund CY-2023 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and Twenty Centavos Only (₱1,124,784.20) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract " SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR RELOCATION OF AFFECTED ELECTRIC POST OF THE PRDP SUB-PROJECTS IN CABANGLASAN, BUKIDNON " of the Provincial Government of Bukidnon. 2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the said projects. Delivery of the goods is required (FOB-PGSO thirty (30) days of delivery). 3. (a) Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive the said procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. (b.) Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4.
