BACKGROUND As UDM continues to grow and expand, the demand for printing services has significantly increased. Different departments colleges are currently experiencing high volume of printing tasks due to enrollment, printing of certifications, ALCUCOA, FTA printing and others. The department colleges current printers are defective and insufficient to meet their needs, leading to delays and inefficiencies.
