The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS only (Php226,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Customized Outdoor Mobile Toilet with Accessories including installation. Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the f Supply and delivery of Customized Outdoor Mobile Toilet with Accessories including installation . Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
