Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Five Million Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos and 60 100 Only (P 65,464,624.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF P. MALBAS STREET PHASE 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF P. MALBAS STREET PHASE 2. Delivery of the Goods required by 322 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
