The City Government of Manila, through Capital Outlay - Information Communication Technology Equipment intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php1,431,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Various IT Equipment ITB No. 2024-07-103. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Manila City Library. Delivery of Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
