The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, using a Single-Year Framework Agreement, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred pesos only (4,753,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Food Packaging Supplies under PB (FA) 32-2024. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 2.The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in the Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
