The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF/5% MDRRM Fund) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Pesos & 10/100 Only (Php 825,142.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of DRRM Equipment’s and PPE’s for DRR Rescue Operations and Response of MDRRM Operation Center, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2024-10-045). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required (30 cd). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Bato and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 to 12:00, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. 5.
