Municipal Hall of Tabontabon, Leyte along with the following requirements for accreditation purposes: 1. Mayor’s/Business Permit; 2. Philgeps Registration Number 3. DTI / SEC The contract will be awarded to qualified supplier whose bid proposal appears to be the most advantageous and responsive to the LGU-Tabontabon Leyte, in accordance with the Revised IRR of RA 9184 and the agency's judgment and discretion, but not in no way bound to accept the lowest bid or any bids which in its judgment are, in the ultimate analysis, not advantageous to the government. Quotations submitted after the prescribed deadline shall no longer be accepted. Only accredited suppliers may secure official Request for Quotation Form from the BAC Secretariat.
