The Local Government Unit of Bislig City, through the 5% Disaster Funds(TF-LDRRMF)-Supplemental Budget No.1 CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Six Thousand Twenty Eight Pesos and 79/100 (P 846,028.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF 2-WAY COMMUNICATION TOWER (SAN ANTONIO) @ Brgy. San Antonio, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Bislig City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. 2.1 Brief Description of work: Structure Excavation, Gravel Fill, Backfilling Concreting of 4 units Concrete Pedestal and footing, Installation of Steel Framing for 100 ft. Trylon Tower, Painting Works of steel surface and Supply, Delivery and Installation of Communication Tower Equipment’s. 2.2 Contract Duration: Forty five (45) Calendar Days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Local Government Unit of Bislig City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During office hours. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 05, 2024 until the deadline for the submission of bids, from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to deposit at the City Government of Bislig LBP Account 2162-1017-68 and present its proof of payment for the fees in person or through electronic means. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BISLIG CITY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 14, 2024, 1:30 P.M. at Conference Room, City Engineering Office, LGU-Bislig City, Brgy. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the given address as indicated below on or before November 26, 2024, 1:30 P.M... Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10.
