Install an Air Quality Monitoring Station operating using Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Equipment USEPA Reference and Equivalent Methods in accordance to 40 - CFR Part 50, provided by EMB; 2. Provide monthly Air Quality Data for PM10/2.5 and Meteorological Data with at least 75% data capture (at least 23 days per month and 18-hours per day). Submitted data shall be in accordance with the EMB Guidelines for Data Handling; 3. Monthly and Annual Report indicating the frequency of maintenance conducted, calibration undertaken, precision test, corrective measures being implemented, etc. 4. Operate the Air Quality Monitoring Station, including the necessary maintenance and calibration provided in the respective manual of operations of each analyzer to ensure the continuous operation of the Monitoring Station. Notwithstanding the preceding, the EMB shall have the authority to conduct an on-site inspection of the monitoring stations, from time to time; 5. Connect the Air Quality Monitoring Station to the existing Air Quality Monitoring Network of the EMB, using the best available internet connection option; The service provider shall be responsible in providing a Data Acquisition and Handling System (DAHS) compatible with the existing DAHS of EMB Central Office. 6. Provide real-time transmission of data from the CAAQMS to the Air Quality Monitoring Network of the EMB; 7. Shoulder all operational expenses relative to the operation of the Air Quality Monitoring Station, including but not limited to the following: electricity bills, internet bills, consumables, filters, etc.; 8. Prepare and present monthly reports detailing the status of the CAAQMS, the calibration(s) undertaken, preventive maintenance done, to the Bureau not later than five (5) days after every month; 9. Ensure availability of back-up units in case of malfunction or any event that may halt the operation of the air quality monitoring station; and 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the EMB to develop and complete the deliverables.
