Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available on October 31, 2024 – November 15, 2024 at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) office. Only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 500.00) 3. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Municipal Hall of Malitbog, Southern Leyte on or before November 15, 2024 @ 01:30 in the afternoon.
