The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos Only (Php 649,978.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement. 3.
