Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
