The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and 30 100 (Php149,500.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES (2ND QUARTER 2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
