The City Government of Puerto Princesa (CGPP) invites all legitimate and interested suppliers/traders to quote for following purchase requests (PRs), particulars detailed below, funded through the CGPP’s Annual Budget for 2024/Special Account/Trust Fund, to wit: \ Purchase Request (PR) Number Fund Source/ Reference ABC – in P Brief Description of Goods Subject of Procurement Procuring Office Delivery Period 2 100-2024-06-1126 1011-1/ 5-02-03-090 499,346.25 Supply and delivery of various fuel products (gasoline and diesel) CMO – DRRMD 180 2. The ABC shall be the upper limit or ceiling for the acceptable bid/quoted prices. If a bid/quoted price, as evaluated and calculated in accordance with the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 [Government Procurement Reform Act], is higher than the ABC, the bidder submitting the same shall be automatically disqualified. There shall be no lower limit or floor on the amount of the award. 3. All bids/quotations must be COMPLETE. Partial bids/quotations shall be considered non-responsive and, thus, automatically disqualified. In this regard, where a required item is provided, but no price is indicated, the same shall be considered as non-responsive, but specifying a “0” (zero) for the said item would mean that it is being offered for free to the CGPP. 4. The procurement is restricted to those specifically enlisted under Section 23.4.1. of the 2016 Ronstrevised IRR of RA 9184. All particulars relative to the procurement process shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR). 5.
