The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved 2024 Executive Budgetintends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos(P6,002,880.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply Delivery of Rice Nutripacks for the Implementation of KalingangMunti Community Feeding Program 2073.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days (staggered delivery)but start of delivery is 15 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
