Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (Php87,000.00) shall be rejected. Evaluation of quotation and award of contract shall be done on a per lot basis. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein. Supplier is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, organization with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Quotation Opening will be conducted using pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post qualification procedures specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184. Information is also available at www.philgeps.gov.ph. Quotation document is available starting June 27, 2024 until 9:00 AM of July 3, 2024 at the Office of the OIC-Asst. Schools Division Superintendent, DepED-Division of La Carlota City. Suppliers with incomplete delivery of items for previously awarded POs/contracts shall not be allowed to participate in this procurement project (based on the number of days in the delivery period). DepED reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations, to annul the procurement process or declare failure of procurement at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to affected parties.
