The Barangay Local Government Unit of Del Monte, TADS., through the 20% BDF FY 2024 had allocated the sum of FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php 58,940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Completion of Tuburan Multi-Purpose Hall (P.R. NO. 2024-04-009-04). Bids Shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Del Monte, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Completion of Tuburan Multi-Purpose Hall. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. (i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, Cooperatives, Partnerships, or Organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Local Government Unit of Del Monte, Talacogon, ADS. through the BAC Secretariat Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. 5.
