The DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY-CARAGA, through General Appropriations Act 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (₱6,640,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Display Materials (Booth, AR And VR Exhibit), Office Supplies, Tokens, Printing of Promotional Materials and Meals of Exhibitor for the Wealth Creation Cluster during the 2024 National Science, Technology and Innovation Week on November 27- December 1, 2024, at Cagayan De Oro City with PR No. 2024-10-807. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. 2. The DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY-CARAGA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods are required within twenty (20) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and Delivery of Services are required within eight (8) days upon the date of Activity Stated on the contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
