The Department of Health -Center for Health Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR), through SAA-2024-02-0987 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (?1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply and Eye Care Package under Health Facility Enhancement Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC per line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department of Health -Center for Health Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
