The Department of Public Works and Highways, Palawan 1st District Engineering Office, Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/dealers/manufacturers/distributors to submit sealed bids for the following Contracts. Bid received in excess with ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Contract Name: 24GEE0090-Supply and Delivery of Fixed LED Wall for use of District Office, Roxas, Palawan Contract Location: Roxas, Palawan Brief Description of Goods to be Procured: Supply and Delivery of Fixed LED Wall Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 2,500,000.00 Delivery Date of Goods/Contract Duration of Service: 60 C.D. Amount of Bidding Documents: Php 5,000.00 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Palawan 1st District Engineering Office, Roxas, Palawan, now invites bids for the above - mentioned Contracts. Delivery of Goods is required as stated in above - mentioned contracts. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnership, or organizations with at least sixty (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 15, 2024 to November 05, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount stated in above- mentioned contracts. It may be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7.
