Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. The Municipality of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte now calls for the submission of Letters of Intend (LOI’s) from Potential Bidders to apply for eligibility for Provision of Road Opening @ Barangay Calube, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte. Bidders should posses a valid PCAB license applicable to the above type and cost of the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Eligibility Documents . Interested Bidders must submit their LOI’s on or before July 8, 2024 – 10:00 A.M. at the Office of the Municipal Engineer, Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte and secure the Eligibility Documents there from . Applications for eligibility will be evaluated on a “pass/fail” basis. The last day for the submission of the accomplished Eligibility Documents shall be on the date of the opening of Eligibility Documents. The opening of Eligibility Documents shall be on July 8, 2024 at Legislative Hall, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte. Only those Bidders passing the eligibility check will be entitled to purchase the Bidding Documents. 1. Bidding will conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act, ”and its Restricted, unless otherwise stated, to organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. In accordance with the IRR-A of Republic Act 9184, only Bids from eligible Bidders will be opened. In accordance with the IRR-A of R.A. 9184 a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder who was determined as such during post-qualification. 2. Interested Bidders shall submit their accomplished Eligibility Documents to BAC Secretariat at Office of General Services Officer on or before July 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of sultan Naga Dimaporo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday to Friday. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by Bidders that passed the eligibility check upon the presentation of the Notice of Eligibility to the BAC Secretariat at the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 5,000.00). The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the bidder or his authorized representative on or before July 8, 2024. 5. The municipality of Sultan Naga Dimaporo will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all Eligibility Bidders on June 26, 2024 at the following address Office of the BAC Chairman, municipality of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte. 6. Eligible Bidders must submit their Bids at the address below on or before July 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Cash, certified (manager’s or cashier’s ) check, bank guarantee and in an amount specified in the bid documents. Late Bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall be on July 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Legislative Hall, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte. 7.
