The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 25, Series of 2022 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND 96 100 (P 999,320.96) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL ADJACENT TO FARMLANDS (BRGY. DANUMAN WEST) (PB 2024-055). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 32 calendar days.
