Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. Prospective bidders may secure bid proposal the general Services Office/ Municipal Treasurer Office, LGU-Sto. Domingo, upon payment of a non-refundable fee for tender documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidders bond in the form of cash, certified check, and managers check in the amount equivalent to 1% of the BID or surely bond issued by the GSIS in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid or Bid Securing Declaration.
