Domingo Bids and Awards Committee Invitation to Bid: 10-01-2024 The LGU- Sto. Domingo, Albay through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Suppliers/Manufacturer/Distributors for Quotation for the hereunder goods and services: Name of Project : Procurement of Goods and Services Location : LGU-Sto. Domingo, Albay Brief Description : Delivery and Supply of the following: ITEM A. Drugs and Medicines PR Number Department ABC 1. 100-2024-10-0229 GAD Php 200,000.00 Delivery Period: Within 20 days from the receipt of the P.O. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. Prospective bidders may secure bid proposal the general Services Office/ Municipal Treasurer Office, LGU-Sto. Domingo, upon payment of a non-refundable fee for tender documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidders bond in the form of cash, certified check, and managers check in the amount equivalent to 1% of the BID or surely bond issued by the GSIS in an amount equivalent to 5% of the bid or Bid Securing Declaration. All particulars relative to Eligibility statement and screening, Bid Security, performance Security, pre bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and it’s Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). LGU-Sto. Domingo reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to notice of award without hereby incurring any liability to the affected holders the ground for the LGU’s action.
