GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A. Supply of Technical Expertise for the provision of Detailed Work Plans; B. Supervision, Labor, Tools, Materials, and all other-related items for the: 01.B.1. “One (1) lot of Supply of supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other consumables for the complete provision of Preventive Maintenance Services of Kitchen Range Hood Automatic Fire Suppression System to include testing and commissioning at DAPCC-Tagaytay”; C. Testing, Cleaning, Clearing, Hauling and Turn-over to include all works but not limited to restoration of all affected facilities, areas, fixtures, etc. due to installation works; and, D. Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least one (1) year from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and acceptance. 02. SCOPE-OF-WORKS: A. Conduct site inspection for validation of measurement for electronics and electrical requirements and fill-up Site inspection form provided by DAPCC Engineering Unit; B. Cleaning of Fusible Link, and brackets; C. Cleaning of Appliances Nozzles; D. Declogging/Cleaning of Kitchen Fire Suppression System pipes, conduit pipes; E. Cleaning and checking of cable wires; F. Testing of manual pull station; G. Replacement of Heat Detector; H. Dismantling and Reinstallation of the Cylinder; I. Checking and declogging of mechanical release module/testing; J. Replacement of stainless cable wire; K. Conduct Exhaust Hood cleaning of Main Kitchen and Bakeshop Area: 02.K.1. Disassembly, cleaning, and degreasing hoods, including hood filter tracts, grease troughs, and removable grease cups; 02.K.2. Removal of roof and/or wall mounted fans from ductwork to degrease the base, shroud, and blades; 02.K.3. Inspecting exhaust fans for loose or worn-out fan belts; 02.K.4. Cleaning and degreasing all hood filters, hood parts and accessories; 02.K.5. Cleaning all accessible parts of ductwork from exhaust fans to each individual hood; and 02.K.6. Applying food-safe polish to stainless steel ductwork 03. CLEANING / CLEARING / HAULING AND TURN-OVER: A. Restore to its original condition any facilities and areas that has been damaged due to accidents arising from installation; B. Clean the areas before turn-over; and, C. Turn –over the entire project for acceptance to DAPCC Engineering Office. 04. POST-INSTALLATION DOCUMENTS: Submit the following documents for final inspection and reference purposes. A. Original Copy of “Record drawings / Plan” complete with legend, technical specifications, test results, technical reports, and measurements; B. Certification from the contractor specifying warranty of at least one (1) year for workmanship, and parts; C. Project duration / Committed Completion Date should not be later than five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed and must be clearly stated in the Final Quotation. 05. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: A. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST DO SITE VISIT AT DAPCC BEFORE SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL/QUOTATION; B. CONTRACTOR must clearly itemize the cost components of the Quotation, to include data as follows: 05.B.1. THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: All materials/parts/items to be used shall include the specifications. NOTE: NO CHANGE IN SPECS OF THE MATERIALS WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS THE CHANGE IS APPROVED IN WRITING; 05.B.2. FOR LABOR / TECHNICAL SUPERVISION: Specify labor type and amount; 05.B.3. DAPCC ENGINEERING OFFICE ISSUED THE CERTIFICATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE; C. ALL WORKS SHALL BE DONE IN GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICE, WORKMANSHIP, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE STANDARDS; D.
