The Department of Public Works and Highways, Palawan 1st District Engineering Office, Roxas, Palawan, now invites bids for the above - mentioned Contracts. Delivery of Goods is required as stated in above - mentioned contracts. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
