The LGU-Alburquerque, through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos (P70,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Catering Services for the Alburquerque Founding Anniversary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LGU-Alburquerque now invites bids for the Procurement of Catering Services (Gender Sensitivity). Delivery of the Goods and services shall be on: Date: October 18, 2024 Incl. 200 pax Menu as specified in the Quotation 3. The Mode of Procurement shall be Negotiated Procurement as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-Alburquerque and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday-Friday. 3. Payment Scheme – Full payment of the contract shall be paid within 15 days after the issuance of Billing Statement by the Service Provider which shall be provided by the Service Provider within 5 days upon conclusion of the event.
