Quotations shall be compared and evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: a. Compliance with Technical Specifications b. Price All deliveries by suppliers shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the end-user. The supplier who submitted the lowest calculated and responsive quotation shall be awarded the Purchase Order after evaluation by the RBAC. Delivery of goods shall be made on the scheduled event dates. Warranty for supplies/equipment shall be for a minimum of one (1) year. Price validity shall be for a period of 60 calendar days. Deliverables shall be delivered to the Procuring Entity’s Office, BIR, RR14, Government Center, Palo, Leyte, costs to the account of supplier. Risk and title shall pass from the supplier to the purchaser upon receipt and final acceptance by the inspection committee. Upon delivery of the goods, the supplier shall notify the Purchaser and present the following documents to the Purchaser: a.
