The LGU ANDA, PANGASINAN, through the LGU DEVT. FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (₱2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL/DRAINAGE ALONG POBLACION-CAROT ROADLINE AT NAMAGBAGAN, ANDA, PANGASINAN 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3. The LGU ANDA, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 50 Calendar days. Bidders should be having completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 5.
