The City Government of Kidapawan, using a single-year for a duration of One Eighty (180) Calendar Days Framework Agreement, through the Office of the City Mayor-Senior Citizens Affairs Program (100-02-01-001-15) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Five Pesos (Php260,935.00), and the PB2024-05-116G being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. 2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Grocery Items and Perishable Goods to use during monthly meetings of Barangay Senior Citizens Association (BSCA) President and Senior Citizen Board of Trustees (BOT). Delivery of the Goods is required within after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Award Committee Office, 2nd Floor, City Convention Hall, JP Laurel Street, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays starting May 21, 2024. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 21, 2024 to May 28, 2024 at 9:00 am from the given address and website(s) below of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).
