The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales, through the SB Resolution No. 24-032 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Asphalting of Road at Purok 5, Brgy. San Miguel (from Lot 7 to Lot 1543-B-3-B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales now invites bids for the Asphalting of Road at Purok 5, Brgy. San Miguel (from Lot 7 to Lot 1543-B-3-B). Completion of the Works is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
