The DOST-MIMAROPA Region intends to apply through its Bids and Awards Committee the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 1,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND ELECTRIFICATION OF PSTO-ORIENTAL MINDORO BUILDING CUM DOST-MIMAROPA SATELLITE OFFICE 2ND POSTING” in Sitio Aguas, Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. 2. The DOST-MIMAROPA Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project. 3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline by the BAC and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 20 to June 03, 2024 from the given address and website(s) and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, or through electronic means. 6. The DOST-MIMAROPA BAC will hold a negotiation meeting on May 24, 2024, via Zoom Application which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.
