The items shall be delivered to PNOC EC, Building 5, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for complete details. Late submission shall not be accepted.
