Fund) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (446,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rice to be distributed to indigent households of different Barangays. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 cd contract duration. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five hundred pesos only (500.00) Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below, on or before September 16, 2024 at 1:30pm.
