Bidders should have completed in the last one (1) year of contract for works that are similar to the works that are to be undertaken under the Contract that is the subject of this Bid invitation. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 2,990,175.00 Project Duration: 60 Calendar days Minimum Bid Security: Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee/Bid Securing Declaration Bid Closing Date: July 2, 2024 ITEM DESCRIPTION Section: PESO/DOLE Item No. Item Description` Unit Qty. 1 FISHING KITS SET 75 18-Footer Wooden Banca with paint Height: 32 inches Length: 18 feet Motor Engine: 7.5 hp Propeller: 2 Bladed 5” Stainless propeller Round Bar: 7 ft. 5/8 round bar stainless x-x-x-x-x-NOTHING FOLLOWS-x-x-x-x-x-x Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive procedures, and is open to bidders from eligible source. Interested bidders may obtain information from the LGU-BAC of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur and inspect the Bidding documents on June 10-28, 2024 at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders on June 10-28, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a none refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of ₱ 5,000.00. The bidder may request that the Bid Documents be sent to them by mail or courier, and for this, the bidder shall pay the amount in the Philippine Peso to cover the cost of mail or courier delivery. The fee for obtaining a Bid documents and the cost of mail or courier shall be paid by the Bidder thru Cashier's Check or Manager's Check issued in favor of the municipality of Dinas, ZDS. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 09:00 am of July 2, 2024 at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Municipal Hall Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. The deadline for the submission of bids must not later than 9:00 am, July 2, 2024. The opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time set for the deadline of submission of Bids as indicated above. The Municipality of Dinas, ZDS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
