Overview	Procurement of Preventive Maintenance and General Cleaning of Air-Conditioning Units Tender are invited for Procurement of Preventive Maintenance and General Cleaning of Air-Conditioning Units Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) Classification : Goods Category : Airconditioning Maintenance Services Contract Duration : 0 Day s Budget for the Contract : PHP 295,000.00 Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Corporate Office (MWSS-CO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake the Procurement of Preventive Maintenance and General Cleaning of Air-Conditioning Units. The MWSS-CO hereinafter referred to as the “the Procuring Entity” now request you to submit price quotation for the procurement of the abovementioned project, as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in Annex “A” as attached. The mode method of procurement shall be in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the IRR RA 9184. All items listed in the specifications as stated in the TOR must be complied on a pass fail basis. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result to the rejection of the quotation. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 295,000.00) in Philippine Currency inclusive of Twelve Percent (12%) VAT.
