The Municipal Government of San Miguel, through the 2023 Capital Outlay Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 100-24-06-695 Construction of Two (2) Story Multi-purpose Building (Phase 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of San Miguel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
