Landscape design enhances the corporate appearance of the office and to complete the renovation project. I. SCOPE OF WORK: Supply, materials and labor for the landscaping and beautification of GSIS Butuan Branch Office premises including vacant, garden, front and indoor areas. • Supply of various outdoor and indoor plants • Supply of pots, planters, outdoor tables and chairs, pebbles, stones and garden soil for the landscaping. • Labor for the planting and design. • Remove all existing weeds, rubbish, debris and unnecessary structures and keep the site clean and tidy. Prevent damage to existing building, fences, gates, walls, roads, pave areas and other site features which are to remain in position during the execution of work. • Proper execution must be observed to prevent damage to existing building, fences, gates, walls, roads, pave areas and other site features which are to remain in position. • Clearing of rubbles, waste, excess materials during and after the execution of work. II. MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS 1. The SUPPLIER shall have a manpower that is properly and fully qualified to perform the class of work provided herein, and that all are authorized, properly trained, equipped, organized and financed to perform such work. The SUPPLIER shall perform all works in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract. 2. The SUPPLIER shall provide tools and equipment which are capable of producing the quality and quantity of work and materials required to complete the project as specified in the approved scope of work and specifications, within time as specified in the approved contract.
