The Local Government Unit of Basay, Negros Oriental invites eligible manufacturers, suppliers and/or distributors for the above Procurement Items. Delivery period is thirty (30) Calendar Days of the winning bidder. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184. 4. The Local Government Unit of Basay, Negros Oriental will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 10, 2024 at 10:00 in the morning at the SB Session Hall, Municipal Hall, Basay, Negros Oriental which shall be open to prospective bidders. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 3, 2023 to October 22, 2023 from given the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount stated in the table above. The Procuring Entity allows the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before October 22, 2024 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated ITB Clause No. 1. 9.
