Submission of Letter Of Intent (LOI) will be from October 15, 2024 to October 28, 2024 at the BAC Secretariat Office of Barangay San Francisco. Attached to the LOI is the PhilGeps printout for the particular project to be bid. A Special Power of Attorney duly notarized will be required to all company representatives, together with the authentic company ID of the firm/ company he/she represents, for those who will submit the LOI, and the original license of the company will be asked for authentication of the photocopy, so please bring the original copy. Bid documents are available at the BAC Secretariat Office, Barangay San Francisco, Malilipot, Albay from October 15, 2024 until 12:00 pm of October 28, 2024, (BAC TIME) upon payment of non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (500.00) only at the Barangay San Francisco, Malilipot, Albay.
